Introductions of people here
501(c)4 vs PAC vs Benefit corp? Tax-free structure vs taxed structure?
Do we endorse Clinton / vote for Clinton? Too soon, we need to organize first
Group based in SF, others welcome in. However we will focus on progressive issues based in SF politics.
We are asking too many questions that are answered by having read the bylaws. Please read the bylaws so that we can remain efficient.
We can only endorse once we have an organization.
Perhaps we need to first state goal of group so we know what type of group we are organizing.
Do we want to follow the same democratic structure? Is this falling in line with Bay Area for Bernie?
If Bernie creates localized progressive groups, we can work with our local group or should we dissolve into that group?
Ok, so political identification and alignment first, then type of org.
Voting practice wth club name has been tabled. Other possible names: progressive action Progressive people's party United San Francisco progressives Our revolution SF Berner's in action Progressive berners San Francisco Berniecrat club
Motioned to change language in article III - membership. Approved unanimously.
